Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on an evening shift. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner

• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a transportation or logistics environment

• Familiarity with AS400 and other transportation management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
