Requirements

* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
