Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to provide exceptional architecture advising and support.
  • Engage with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to design and implement robust solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Conduct architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework.
  • Interface with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments.
  • Advise clients on strategic decisions and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  • Confidently present complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware, demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience, providing a solid foundation for your technical expertise.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy, enabling you to provide informed guidance to our clients.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) are highly preferred, reflecting your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
