Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, calls, and emails, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to provide a unified and cohesive customer experience.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
