Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist – Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to CEO – Full Time Position

As a digital marketing specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a digital marketing specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization
  • Coordinating tasks and projects with other team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Communicating directly with clients through Basecamp, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Providing graphic design services using Canva or similar platforms
  • Assisting with general admin tasks, including data entry and report preparation
  • Proofreading and editing SEO blogs written by our team in India
  • Coordinating lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Participating in video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and product research projects (optional)

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

* FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)

  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, strategy, and optimization
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, optimization, and reporting (Google Certified preferred)
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Willingness to help out with general admin tasks and assist the CEO as required
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and product research

  • Knowledge of or experience with online lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff time tracking software
