Our Support Team

Our Support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing around-the-clock assistance to our community. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work full-time on a 4-day workweek schedule, which may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a skilled professional who shares our passion for customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing phone, email, and text-based support to blithequark customers, partners, users, and community members
  • Addressing customer concerns politely, using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information
  • Balancing efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Proactively monitoring in-progress deliveries and taking corrective action when necessary
  • Managing non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Effectively using Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues
  • Collaborating with team members from various blithequark departments to ensure seamless delivery experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A combination of sales or customer service experience, preferably with a technology or logistics company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Proactive and able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with crowdsourced delivery platforms or logistics companies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
