Job Summary
As an Experienced Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, attending requirements workshops, and creating test plans and test cases. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that all requirements are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the perfect opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in IT to break into the industry.
Responsibilities
* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Document requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Create test plans and test cases
- Organize and maintain the team backlog
- Collaborate with the management team on new products and sales strategies
- Work with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
