About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via telephone and email. You will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solve users' demands in a timely and professional manner
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients
  • Understand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to it
  • Ensure contractual SLAs are maintained and exceeded
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark and our clients' products, promoting a positive and professional image

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, and English
  • Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate to resolution as needed
  • Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations
  • Proven expertise in client services, preferably in the fashion or boutique industry
  • Interest and passion for fashion, as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trends
  • Experience in E-commerce client service, particularly in after-purchase support
  • Knowledge of emotional intelligence, allowing you to identify and solve customer problems in an empathetic way
  • Familiarity with Payment Method platforms and CRM software

  • A full-time, 39-hour-per-week permanent contract, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • A competitive salary of 18,400 euros gross per year, plus up to 1,200 euros gross per year in bonuses
