You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a world-class Product & Technology organisation building intelligent, clinically-safe, patient-centred AI systems. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments where delivery excellence, adaptability, and precision are non-negotiable. You’re not a process administrator, you’re a systems-level orchestrator who can read the pulse of engineering teams, shape the cadence of releases, and remove friction so product velocity and quality stay in balance.

• Partner directly with the CPTO, VP Engineering, and Product Leads to drive execution across multiple squads building our Experience, Data, and AI platforms.

• Transform ambiguity into clarity, ensuring epics, tickets, and dependencies are understood and deliverable.

• Own sprint hygiene, velocity reporting, and delivery health with the same rigour as code review.

• Champion continuous improvement: from release retros to OKR tracking, you’ll be the connective tissue between product vision and shipped software.

• Operate with a builder mindset: automate what’s repetitive, simplify what’s complex, and elevate what’s possible

• Deep practical experience delivering complex, multi-squad products in high-growth or regulated tech environments (health, fintech, deep-tech preferred).

• Mastery of Agile and Lean delivery methods, but applied with pragmatism not dogma.

• Technical curiosity: you can read GitHub issues, JIRA boards, and even lightweight code changes.

• Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and outcome-obsessed.

• You think like an engineer, deliver like a COO, and communicate like a founder.
