As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Latin America region, working closely with our highly skilled client success team to drive sales and growth for our clients.

The Role

As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, leading to the sale of coaching programs through various social media platforms. You will work closely with our teams to develop strategies that drive sales and growth, and will be challenged to think creatively and outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

  • Follow up with leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
  • Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day)
  • Respond to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
  • Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)

Qualifications:

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
  • Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
  • High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily

No previous experience is required

Pay and Benefits:

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
