Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, advocating for their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to build trust and rapport with our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat

  • Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in CRM/support tools (a plus)

Preferred Skills

* 1 year of chat support experience

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM/support tools (a plus)
