Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish / English (Fully Remote)

This individual will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing our sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of customer service. Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (REMOTE - Bilingual English / Spanish fluent) provides support/service for all customers via phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in all interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform accurate data entry. Essential Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally fluently in Spanish and English
- Accurately input information into various fields
- Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
- Maintain an order batch
- Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
- Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
- Verify Items and customer’s information entered accurately
- Follow up on pending payments and process payments Minimum Requirements:
- MUST BE ENGLISH / SPANISH FLUENTLY BILINGUAL
- MUST HAVE 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
- MUST BE computer literate with above average data entry skills.
- Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
- Communication and Organizational skills
- Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools. Competencies:
