As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Remote Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, provide exceptional service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment, adhering to blithequark's quality standards and procedures.

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink dispensing equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Transport equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, share knowledge, and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical services environment
  • Familiarity with soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
