The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing community of holistic practitioners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to tickets and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Tracking client payments and ensuring seamless financial transactions
- Hosting live onboarding and support calls over Zoom to educate practitioners on our platform and services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Performing a variety of tasks as needed to support the growth and success of our platform
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- A passion for wellness and a strong alignment with our mission and values
- Sharp communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, practitioners, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Familiarity with holistic healthcare or wellness-related industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and project management platforms
