Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy

  • Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights to our team
  • Collaborate with our staff to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
