Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and efficient data input, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data
  • Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights, informing business decisions
  • Developing and implementing data management processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving data-related issues

Key Business Areas

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work across four key business areas, including:

  • Risk Evaluation: Understand the concept of explicit risks and provide consequences of analysis to the board
  • Rate Recording: Order and analyze documenting information, preparing and submitting essential reports for administrative filings
  • Save Examination: Break down guarantee information and screen hold levels for suitability, exhibiting a comprehension of actuarial holding methods and issues
  • Arranging and Guaging: Offer specialized help and investigation for arranging, estimating, and announcing process
  • Valuing, Pattern and Advantage Configuration: Create and suggest estimating and pattern for item or potentially benefits
  • Specialized Capability: Foster innovative specialized answers for various issues, exhibiting capability with calculation sheets and knowledge of data set and online applications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section below)
  • Have a readiness to move to a recognized Actuarial center point
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-speed climate and comply with tight time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with scientific or coding programming (e.g., SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Entry-level or work experience supporting Actuarial elements of an association or gathering region

  • Exhibited authority experience (e.g., dynamic jobs in understudy or social association exercises, or sports)
  • Solid written communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business)

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., actuarial science, data science, or business administration)
