Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of our company, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of customer service professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and implementing metrics and reporting to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar high-performing functional group

  • 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee growth plans
  • Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes
  • Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Software Engineering, Science, Business)

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year college degree in a related field (Software Engineering, Science, Business)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience with AWS technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Success and reporting skills
