• Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and automation workflows powering global operations.

• Automate Everything – Design microservices and serverless functions that remove manual friction from daily operations.

• Integrate the Ecosystem – Connect Base360.ai with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio through robust, elegant integrations.

• Design for Scale – Build fault-tolerant, event-driven systems that handle millions of transactions in real time.

• Collaborate Across Borders – Work closely with product, data, and operations teams to bring automation to life — from code to the physical world.

• Ship Fast, Learn Faster – Iterate quickly, measure impact, and scale what works.

• Solid experience with Node.js, React, and/or Python (FastAPI).

• Familiarity with AWS (serverless stack) and API-first architectures.

• Hands-on experience with databases, microservices, and real-time systems.
