What You’ll be Doing You are a seasons telephony engineer with 20+ years of experience delighting government clients with supporting their business needs through a variety of products, tools and skills. You'll report to Vice President – Technology Strategy, Public Sector During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Drive design and implementation of new Cisco and Genesys contact center engagements in support of local, state and federal government agencies.
• Work collaboratively with client teams and project managers to drive efficienciec in contact center operations through automation and technical capabilities.
• Ensure technical designes are compliant with security regulations to include MARS-E, FedRAMP, PCI, SOC
• Guide strategic planning for future growth
• Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements.

What You Bring to the Role

• 15+ years in technical telecommunications and contact center implementations
• 5+ years experience in government compliance management
• 10+ years telephony integration design and implementation work
• 5+ years in report development
• 5+ years database management
