About the Role

As a Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist), you'll play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our clients.

  • Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department, ensuring that every client concern is addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in our database, ensuring that we can track and analyze our customer service performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction, working closely with our property management team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Uphold company standards of service and confidentiality always, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles is a plus, but not required – we're looking for a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and attention to detail, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous.
  • Ability to multitask while handling multiple conversations at once, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort using chat tools, email systems, and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
