Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations and client services. You will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, as well as processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks, and handling corporate activity events. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, including processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles.

  • Identify and address breaks recognized between blithequark and the fund business or transfer representatives.
  • Handle corporate activity events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity.
  • Conduct research on complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology improvements, and provider modifications.
  • Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Actions that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce.
  • Communicate with and work with blithequark Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside company partners.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in investment operations, data entry, or a related field; experience with blithequark or similar systems a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with various teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with investment products, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3.
  • Experience with data reconciliation and problem-solving.
  • Certifications, such as Series 7 or 66, a plus.
