- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
- Generate and review reports to verify data accuracy and provide insights to support business operations.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance data management skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
