Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers: Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly resolving issues: Attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
• Escalating interactions: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Tracking call-related information: Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback: Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling: Upselling when required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to work remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment
• Customer service experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Age requirement: Over 18 years of age
• Typing speed: Ability to type 25 wpm
• Education: High school graduate or GED
• Computer skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Communication skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills: Logical problem-solving skills
• Navigation skills: Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization skills: Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

• Internet requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
• ISP requirements: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connection: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
• Proof of internet speed: Proof of internet speed required
