Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via HubSpot (email, live chat, tickets) with speed and empathy, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for clarifications, escalations, and relationship building, providing personalized support to our customers
  • Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and platform navigation, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve recurring issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure that every customer interaction is documented accurately, using your attention to detail to drive quality and efficiency
  • Meet response time targets and quality metrics, consistently delivering high-quality support to our customers and driving customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a B2B or ecommerce environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a minimal accent preferred for phone calls, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with packaging, shipping, or ecommerce operations, with a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Previous experience working in a fast-scaling startup environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
