Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Part-Time Customer Support Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat customer support to our valued customers via our website and social media accounts
  • Handling incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our customer support
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our customer support goals

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour

Skills and Background Needed:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours of availability per week

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred)
