Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization or department by performing administrative services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest, and preparing reports that detail administrative information handled by the position.
  • Collaborate with our new business enrollments team to review received customer census files, scrub for all required information, and format for ingestion into our systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, manipulate, and present data in a clear and concise manner, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physically and digitally, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis, create pivot tables, and develop macros.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in providing support to management and teams.
