Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst – Labor Force Activities and Work Execution Optimization, you will be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners to drive business results. You will perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for process enhancements. Your expertise will be sought after by leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business results

• Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for process enhancements
• Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Provide regular reports to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
• Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time)
• Work in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional opportunities to move about

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job

• 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Store insight and ASDS experience is a plus
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling leadership

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a field of study related to the job

• 5+ years of work experience in a related field
• Experience in retail and field operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
