Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist to join our team in Arizona. Position OverviewPosition Overview As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you'll be at the forefront of patient interactions, building relationships, and providing personalized care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care, adjusting to a diverse patient base with varying clinical needs and concerns
• Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing, vaccinations, and other pharmacy services
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction among pharmacy staff
• Stay up-to-date on new and emerging medical issues, using this knowledge to inform patient care and community outreach
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
• Participate in community events and health fairs, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy programs and services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with:
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Specialized training in areas such as immunizations, disease management, or medication therapy management
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Experience with pharmacy software and technology, including automated dispensing systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
