Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - blithequark Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
• Collaborating with our team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow our business through value-based conversations
• Staying up-to-date on industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
