Key Responsibilities

As a Tagalog-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving patient complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications
