Your Role at blithequark

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for elevating client relationships to new heights by assuming full responsibility for their success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing onboarding and comprehensive training to ensure rapid adoption and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
  • Fostering a trusted strategic advisor relationship with clients, proactively delivering value and optimizing their utilization of our products and services
  • Maintaining a keen awareness of current events and trends within the industry, tracking and analyzing relevant developments to inform and enrich customer success strategies
  • Showcasing exceptional communication skills to interact with senior-level management, both within the organization and externally, to cultivate a profound understanding of customer needs
  • Taking proactive ownership of customer success metrics and data management, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
  • Evaluating the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and assessing how they are supported, while adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals effectively
  • Analyzing C-Sat/NPS surveys, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive continuous enhancements in customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer references, conducting in-depth interviews and leveraging customer success stories to develop compelling case studies

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience as a customer success manager or relatable experience. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information and work with a high sense of urgency
  • Self-starter mentality, with a quick learning curve and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow up, stay on top of tasks, and respond quickly
  • Flexibility, patience, and a team spirit attitude
  • Bonus points for experience using Salesforce, Asana, and Customer Success platforms such as Vitally
