About the Role

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovations and enhancements to improve the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure adequate coverage and support for our customers.

  • Certifications in customer service, such as CCSP or CSC, or willingness to obtain certifications within a specified timeframe.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English.
  • Experience with remote work or virtual teams, with a strong understanding of the tools and technologies used to support remote collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform customer service strategies and improvements.
