The Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team of customer care professionals who are dedicated to delivering world-class experiences for our customers. As a Full Stack Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized and outstanding customer service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and messaging channels
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with a team of experts to resolve complex customer issues and provide frictionless experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer care processes

  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to resolve complex customer issues and provide frictionless experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer care processes

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service, contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required (associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a frictionless experience for our customers

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive base pay range: $47,840 - $54,080 USD
