The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy
  • Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
