What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge
  • Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that customers receive the right support
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying up-to-date with the latest technology

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Availability to work Monday - Friday with various shifts, ensuring flexibility and adaptability
  • Residency in the greater Houston metropolitan area, allowing for easy communication and collaboration
  • Minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience, demonstrating your skills and expertise
  • High-speed internet connection and quiet home office, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices, showcasing your problem-solving skills
