About the Role

As a Remote Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – HR Support and Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR processes, and maintaining accurate records. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to team members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Process HR transactions, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
• Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex cases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices, providing expert guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and recommending solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Long-term postgraduate education in human resources management or business administration, or two additional years of significant commitment in lieu of degree
• Proven understanding of HR or related customer service work
• Strong knowledge of HR cycles and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP)

• Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications
