Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. You will be working in a remote setting, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to meet specific technical requirements to ensure seamless communication and data processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers, handling escalated issues from tire service centers
  • Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Input relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transfer calls to other departments or call centers as required
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC applications and web-based systems
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • History of great attendance and punctuality

* Experience working in a remote call center environment
