Job Description

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve complex problems, and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Direct calls to further problem resolution, if necessary, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management
  • Place outbound calls to clients regarding account status, complaints, and account collection
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including call logs, emails, and chat transcripts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* At least one year of call center or customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, with a focus on insurance or financial services

  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
