Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process. Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
  • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm
  • Proficient in using desktop computer systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with claims processing and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
