Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless data flow
  • Developing and implementing data entry processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in data management software and technologies, and providing training and support to colleagues as needed

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless data flow
  • Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in data management software and technologies, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed
  • Participate in data quality initiatives to ensure high-quality data and minimize errors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data management software, such as Access or SQL, a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analytics software, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
  • Certification in data management or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
  • Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA or GDPR
