Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours within a 24-hour period, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update data accurately in various databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity

  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and corrections, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy, following company data entry procedures and guidelines
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in data entry or related fields a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in data entry software and tools an advantage
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute, with a reliable internet connection and a computer
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
