Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Specialist with Marketing and Social Media Expertise, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and customer service, Monday through Friday
  • Providing data entry support during tax season, including some weekends, to ensure accurate and timely data processing
  • Assisting with social media content creation and management, including developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with our clients and promote our services
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and client outreach efforts, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity, including data entry, data analysis, and data visualization
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating professionally with clients, both internally and externally

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in administrative work and data entry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management, including experience with social media marketing and analytics tools
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Dependable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems, including experience with CRM software and data management tools
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
