About the Job
We're looking for a seasoned customer service professional who can own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Owning the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, including smoothing out work processes through item and component advancement
- Working closely with a large group of cross-functional partners, including Product, Research, Design, and Global Support Operations, to create new experiences
- Acquiring a high level of visibility from organization leadership by driving a "big bet" for blithequark

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $35-$40 per year, depending on location and experience.
