Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, customer service, and research studies. You will be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our database system
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and participants
  • Participating in research studies and providing valuable feedback on products and services
  • Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, as set by blithequark

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system + Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness + Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by blithequark

  • Customer Service:

+ Provide excellent customer service to our clients and participants + Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner + Meet customer satisfaction standards, as set by blithequark

  • Research Studies:

+ Participate in research studies and provide valuable feedback on products and services + Complete surveys and questionnaires accurately and thoroughly + Meet participation and engagement standards, as set by blithequark

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards, as set by blithequark
  • Reliable computer and internet access, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or a related field
  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Background in sales and sales support
