Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Manage customer accounts and provide updates on orders, shipments, and other relevant information
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Spanish bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CCE
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation and Benefits
