Customer Project Manager
Our clientis seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team. As a Customer Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting the implementation of Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Project Manager Location: Remote with some onsite in Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: 60-65 W2 What's the Job?
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects for the Customer.
- Ensure the smooth transition from competing UC and Contact Center solutions to Cisco technologies.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the high standards expected by the Customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate project risks and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer stakeholders to foster trust and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience managing Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco UC and Contact Center products, as well as experience transitioning from competing solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in project management contexts.
