The Role

As a Chat Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Key Responsibilities

• Flag major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to address these issues
• Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures
• Engage in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
