Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Travel Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Verifying travel booking details, itineraries, and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintaining and organizing digital travel records and reports, utilizing your organizational and time-management skills
- Ensuring accuracy in vendor and logistics data entry, adhering to company standards
- Processing and categorizing invoices and reimbursement requests, demonstrating your ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Assisting with travel scheduling and coordination as needed, providing exceptional support to our logistics and travel teams

Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
