Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Cellular Sales and Support, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, providing product information, and promoting our services to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences and our business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members or management as needed

  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, promoting our services and driving sales
  • Utilize multiple internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history
  • Document customer interactions and concerns according to department standards
  • Manage follow-up contacts with multiple parties to resolve concerns efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer relations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software, including Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or technical support role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience in a similar role at blithequark or a similar company
  • Knowledge of cellular sales and support principles, including product features and benefits
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Our department is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 to 6:00 on Saturdays. Days and hours of work are depending on schedule availability and business needs.

Training

Training is virtual and lasts four weeks. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
