Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our database. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update customer information in our database with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues or inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide support as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data entry and customer service standards
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and data entry accuracy targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and customer service interactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
